1. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package ?

Yes.

Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.

If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).

2. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or we can send you a proforma invoice under your order. We need to know the following information for your order:

2.1. Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)

2.2. Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price

2.3. Delivery time required

2.4. Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )

2.5. Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong )

3. What's your usual payment term for orders?

Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. We don't accept payment by credit card.

4. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, usually can be sent by air
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean freight.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

5. How could I get samples?

We can supply some free samples if you have a FedEx, DHL account and agree to pay the courier freight.
You can also pay us for the courier freight in advance,we will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from us.

6. What will the courier freight be for the samples?

The courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and volume of the samples.

7. Can you arrange the transportation for us ?

Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

8. What's the warranty of your products?

6 months to 12 months, depends on the product

9. How can we become your sole distributor ?

If you can sell our products USD5,000 or above every month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD10,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

10. Do you accept OEM projects or Customized designs?

Yes, OEM projects or Customized designs are welcome.

12. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?

We are a manufacturer, we don't have a way to retail
