1. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax; or we send you the proforma invoice under your order for your confirmation

We need to know the following details for your order:

Product information - Product name, model number, specifications, package, quantity, unit price (FOB, C&F or CIF)

Shipping information - company name, street address, phone, fax, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by air or by ocean container or by courier)

Delivery time required
Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong )

2. What's your usual payment term for orders?

Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation. We don't accept payment by credit card.

3. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 45 kgs, sent by courier.
For orders from 45~500 kgs or more, can be sent by air
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container

The transportation way depends on client's choice
Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).

4. Can you arrange the transportation for us ?

Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

5. What's the warranty of your products?

6 months to 12 months, depending on the product

6. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package ?

Yes, the customer's Logo and brand name can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 5000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format

If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 5000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).

7. Do you accept OEM projects or Customized designs?

Yes, OEM projects or Customized designs are welcome.
